Everything you need to run the show.
1 · Set up (once)
Type your name (top-left) so your cards are labelled. Whoever signs in with the host password is the host — director controls unlock automatically. The OBS Browser Sources are http://localhost:4300/overlay, /slideshow?album=a, /slideshow?album=b and /rankings at 1920×1080.
2 · On Air — pull it up
- Build a card (Text, Image, Web, Match, or Player Stats).
- Add to Ready Rack to queue it for the panel.
- Click TAKE to LIVE on a rack card to put it on the overlay.
- Push LIVE now skips the rack for something urgent.
- Clear LIVE overlay takes it back off air.
- The red ON AIR lamp (top-left, by the logo) tracks your real Twitch broadcast — it lights only while the channel is actually streaming.
3 · Who can push (Director mode)
The host can flip Director-only. Off = anyone can TAKE to air. On = cohosts fill the rack but only the host pushes live — so nothing hits air without the operator.
4 · Albums / Slideshows
Its own tab (top) with two independent albums — each is its own OBS slideshow. Rename either at the top of its column. Drop in photos/video ahead of the show; reorder or caption a tile; drag a tile off the grid to delete it. ▶ From here jumps that album's slideshow to the item. Album A plays on /slideshow?album=a, Album B on /slideshow?album=b. (The photo_viewer palette pulls stills from both albums plus the Dropbox Pictures folder.)
4½ · Power Rankings
Its own tab. Everyone ranks the same team list (auto-loaded from the league feed; host can edit it). Tap your name to open your own board and drag teams into order — it saves automatically and comes back next week. Lock in marks your picks submitted (a ✓ that auto-resets Monday 6am). OBS browser sources: /rankings (all boards side by side), /rankings?view=combined (all boards + aggregate together), and /rankings?view=aggregate (aggregate only).
4¾ · Panel Chat
Live text coordination for the panel. Cohosts use this tab; chat-only panelists use the separate CONTROLROOM_CHAT_PASSWORD. Power Rankings credentials do not unlock it. In OBS, add http://localhost:4300/chat under Docks → Custom Browser Docks.
5 · Chyron
Presets for the lower-third bar (the same bar Special Guest uses, shown on the Panel scene). Type a line and + Save preset to keep it, or Push Live now to skip saving. Click ▶ Push Live on any preset to swap the bar instantly. Director-only mode (above) gates who can push here too — the bar itself still needs its Stream Deck mute switch ON. Toggle 🔴 Breaking News mode below it to open a separate section for urgent one-off lines — Push Breaking flashes it in black/red over the regular bar on every scene the chyron is normally allowed on; Clear takes it down.
5½ · Schedule (Now / Up Next)
Type the segment that's live and the one coming after it, then Save. This is text only — firing it onto the chyron as a 7-second split Now / Up Next bar is done from the Stream Deck's Up Next button, not here.
